• All items are handmade to order. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm and process your order.
Shipping & Delivery
• Cookies: We offer nationwide shipping across the UK for all our cookie products via a trusted courier service.
• Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Lux Goodies is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.
• Once your goodies leave our hands, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit. We take every measure to package items safely, but we do not offer refunds or replacements for postal damage.
Cakes & Cupcakes
• Our cakes and cupcakes are not available for postal delivery.
• These items are available for:• Hand delivery within London and a 5-mile radius beyond the city
• Collection by appointment only, arranged during checkout or via email
• Please be punctual when collecting your order. Any delays may impact product freshness.
Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of our products (perishable and made to order), we do not offer returns or refunds unless an error has been made on our part.
• If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make things right.
