4. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle via your customer portal or by contacting us directly.
• Upon cancellation, any pending future deliveries will be halted, and you will not be charged going forward.
• Please note: Cancellations made after payment is processed will apply to the next month.

5. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, using the payment method provided at checkout.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and delivery information to ensure successful deliveries.

6. Delivery

• Deliveries are available within the UK and shipped to the address specified during checkout.
• Lux Goodies is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unforeseen courier issues—but we’ll always try to help resolve them!
