To ensure your treats are freshly made and beautifully prepared, all cake and cupcake orders must be placed at least 5 working days in advance. Need something sooner? Drop us a message—we’ll do our best to help!

Yes! We currently deliver within London and up to 5 miles beyond.

Can I collect my order instead?
Absolutely—collection is available by appointment only from our bakery location. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll arrange a collection slot that suits you.

We stay close to our signature Lux Goodies look, focusing on clean, modern, and playful designs. While we don’t offer an extensive design range, you’re welcome to share your inspiration with us—we’ll let you know if it’s something we can confidently create.

Do you offer postal delivery?
We don’t offer postal delivery on cakes or cupcakes, as we want them to arrive as stunning as they left us. However, our cookie boxes can be posted nationwide with next day delivery (£4.99) when the order is placed before 12pm. Sweet and speedy!
